My daughter is one of Panera's biggest fans. Unfortunately, our experience earlier this week was lackluster. Seeing the new Fontina Grilled Cheese she went with the pick two and chose tomato soup. I had half a Mediterranean sandwich and potato soup. The Fontina Grilled Cheese had a healthy dose of cream cheese spread on it, which neither of us noticed on the menu board. When she discovered it on her sandwich I looked back up at the board. Nothing about the spread. We ended up scraping it off and she finished her sandwich. I can see a full description online so I'm not sure why it's omitted from the menu board. Her tomato soup was far too sweet for me but she loved it. I think I've gotten the Mediterranean sandwich every time I've gone to Panera and it's a safe bet for me. However, this was my first (and last) time trying the potato soup. There was a very strong onion flavor and I really like onions. I wasn't able to finish it because it was just too overpowering. The night we went was pretty busy and there was only 1 girl working clean up on the floor. She was a little thing and ended up dropping a full bin of dirty dishes she just collected from the trash can area. I felt so bad for her because a man, rather - an ADULT, laughed when this happened. Hooray, humanity.. She busted her tail the entire time we were there and tables still weren't wiped down, the floors were still dirty and chairs strewn about. I don't know if someone called out but there's no way one person can be expected to keep up with that amount of turnover. It would have been nice to see some management on the floor helping her out.

While I know Panera won't ever be a paragon of dining excellence, I'm really disappointed with the management here. The salads are painfully small. I mean, tiny, with barely any lettuce, and what they do put in is like a combination of iceberg and romaine. I can go to the Panera on Aloma only a few miles away and get a normal-sized salad for the same price. I get that costs need to be cut somehow, but it shouldn't be in the amount of food given. It's one thing to go from super-sized portions to normal portions, but it's another to go from normal to tiny. Not okay. This has happened the past three times I've been, so I won't be going back. The sandwiches here have also been smaller than the ones I've gotten at other area Panera's in the same time frame. Pretty building though, if you want an area to study, it's quite nice when not busy. Just don't get a salad.

Nothing really bad to say about this place! It is always a good choice to grab a bite to eat. The interior is always clean and well maintained. There is always plenty of seating and no need to fight to find a table. The food is always good. Whether it be the sweet or savory. The sweet items are ALWAYS so yummy looking and takes plenty of will power to avoid them. Howver to satisfy that sweet tooth ... it's not a bakery item from a high end cafe, but it is not a gas station bought treat ... it is good. As for the savory ... soups, salads and sandwiches always good.

This is a typical Panera Bread location. It has the bakery section and the "deli" section. I absolutely love the baguettes here and almost always get those instead of the bag of chips. On this visit I had the Turkey Artisan panini which has a great combination of flavors and textures. Overall I enjoy Panera. The only issue with this location is probably the poorly designed parking lot especially considering the proximity to Starbucks.

It's my birthday so I wanted to treat myself to a sausage egg nd cheese on ciabatta. Found out they give free pastry for your birthday! That,s bonus points! The service here is excellent. Not usually crowded because there's a Starbucks next store

I think they got the message. They have been very good, fast, and the order has been correct several times in a row. Thank you Panera, keep it up, great food, and friendly service!

Sucks! Last time going. Been a customer at this location for years. Must have become a reject training ground. Last 3 carry out visits in the last 3 weeks, seems they are on a crusade to save the tuna from extinction. Even after calling attention to the prior visit and lack of tuna on our sandwiches (I called manager to inform him so the next customer wouldn't find virtually no "meat" on their sandwich), this last trip was a repeat. Seriously.....the amount of tuna on 1 1/2 sandwiches was equal to what used to come on a 1/2 sandwich! I can go to Subway, pay less for a double meat 6" and be wayyyyyyy ahead. Bye Panera.

Okay, "homeless" people with laptops, taking up all the space during the dinner hour, at least buy a damned meal!!!!!! Corporate, are you listening? Four of us went in this evening for a quick dinner and the place was full of the above yo-yo's. Seven adults with three children held a meeting, complete with laptops and books and used 3 tables for more than an hour. Only the 3 children had food. The adult squatters didn't even order beverages! Sooooooo annoying! Anyhow, back to us. We had sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts. The corn chowder was REALLY tasty. The summer salad with strawberries and poppyseed dressing was delish, as always. They ran out of ciabatta bread but had lots of other choices. Chicken soup was also a hit. Nice place if we can get the semi-squatters and thieves to go elsewhere. I say that because adults are still coming in with the cups from outside and helping themselves to the beverages...without paying. Guess they can't pull that off at Starbucks next door. Karma, people. Be very afraid.

Ordered the half sandwich and soup for $6.79. Got the bill and it was $8.99. Went up to counter and they had charged me for a bowl instead of a cup. Not what I had ordered. Oviedo restaurants tend to make these types of "errors"', haven't had it at other pandora bread locations. I tend to believe that a lot of people don't count their change or just don't notice. So places like this upsize you on purpose. By the look of the managers face he knew he was in the wrong. He also asked my daughter what she wanted to drink even though the kids meal does not include a drink. We just ordered specific items to go and don't need the suggestive selling. The location appears to nickel and dime their customers.

I have been coming to this location for years, be it for studying or a random lunch or dinner. Restaurant is always clean and food is always good. Most recently the manager went out of his way to get my kids a deal on the pastries after dinner.

It seems this location has had some bad reviews, which is strnage to me becasue I visit this Panera Bread at least once a week and I've always had really good food and service. The free wifi is always appreciated as well.

I can't believe the negative remarks about this Panera location. I live close so I visit frequently. If it was so bad then why is it always so busy? Their soups are always delicious. There is always a long line on the weekends in the morning and they always run out of Everything bagels quickly. That is my only complaint. The staff is speedy and the restaurant is always clean.

This is the worst managed Panera I have ever been to. The food is usually good which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. The cashiers are the worst service personnel in all of Central Florida. They always seem to hate their job and it shows. All they do is type your order in the register and then stand around, even if there are no more customers. Try to order a souflee any morning any you get the standard 15 minutes before any are ready. 15 minutes is how long it takes to cook one. None are in the oven already? They never go check or ask anyone. Why can't they have some ready each morning? It is the same no matter when I go. You practically have to beg them to enter a Panera Rewards card number. Terrible service. Drive a few minutes more to visit Panera in Winter Park.

We just went to a Panera the other night and were once again sorely disappointed and upset that we wasted our money and a meal occasion on the Mcdonalds of casual dining. Salad was like a fast food salad and steak sandwich is just precooked steak nuked. $22 for two mediocre meals.

After a bad experience in the past, I used to not like Panera Bread AT ALL. But over the past years, I've given them a second chance and have really enjoyed it. There is really nothing special about the menu that "wow's" me, but it is always a solid choice to get breakfast (their honey walnut cream cheese is very delicious). They have great hazelnut coffee, and their white cheddar macaroni and cheese is crazy good. The environment is always clean, they're usually quick with service (especially in the mornings because it gets packed!) Overall, good experience with Panera!

Portions are so ridiculously small. My boyfriends turkey bacon panini was so pitiful. It was 2 pieces of cold, lightly toasted bread; slapped together with a poor helping of 1 slice of cheese, a slice of turkey, and a single slice of bacon. The bread was barely toasted, mostly seared. It was sad or as good as the song, "chicken noodle soup with a soda on the side" his soup was all broth. So sad.

I don't usually come here to study but the internet at the adjacent starbucks was out. I was pleasantly surprised. Quick internet, no problem finding a seat. They do have a time limit on internet usage from 1130-130 I believe. The soups in a bread bowl are fantastic.

I love the food at Panera Bread, but this particular store deserves a 2-star review. We are frequent take-out customers, and they mess up our order just about every time! It's rare that they check to see that everything is in our bags--sometimes it's a sandwich, sometimes it's something that goes with the meal, like croutons for the tomato soup. We've noticed that they can be stingy with things like the soup croutons, too. At another Panera, you'll get twice as many. I've gotten only 2 or 3 at a time at this one. Step it up, Panera!
